Q: How is my furniture delivered?

A: At LeatherFurnitureDirect we ship your order utilizing White Glove Gold service via our outstanding delivery partners, some smaller items excluded.

White Glove Gold service LeatherFurnitureDirect is delivery standard on all orders, excluding some smaller items. When selected, a home delivery specialist will contact you to schedule a time and date for delivery of your merchandise upon its arrival in your area. A two-man team will carefully unpack your merchandise and place the item(s) in the room of your choice. Once the set-up is complete, the delivery team will remove all packaging and debris.

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: Once an item is put on the truck, delivery usually takes from 10-15 business days. Transit times are not guaranteed. Although we make every attempt to deliver your furniture correctly and on-time, accidents and delays do sometimes happen.
