Return Policy
You may return your purchase within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding all shipping and handling costs. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. In addition our items carry a restocking fee of 25%, which will be deducted from your refund should you wish to make a return. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where round trip shipping costs and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Lfd-leatherfurniture.com helps subsidize freight; please be aware actual freight charges are higher than originally charged.
All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. We cannot take returns of products that have been modified. Items which have been sold as "final sale", "clearance" or "as is" cannot be returned or canceled. If you have any questions about whether a product can be returned, please call us.
Cancelation Policy
Once we start production of your custom order and you wish to cancel a 25% restocking fee will apply. If you contact us prior to production your order can be canceled with no restocking fee or penalties. We will not charge a fee on canceled orders that have not been processed! All orders are normally processed within 48 hrs. A restocking fee will apply after this time frame. Orders which are sold as "final sale", "clearance" or "as is" can not be canceled.
If your order is already in transit or is refused, the customer will be responsible for actual freight both ways in addition to the 25% restocking fee. Lfd-leatherfurniture.com helps subsidize freight; please be aware actual freight charges are higher than originally charged.
Claims
Upon delivery, be sure to inspect the shipment for damage before the driver leaves. All shipments are fully insured while in transit only. If there is visible damage to the packaging or if the product is damaged, this MUST be noted in detail on the delivery receipt before signing. A signature indicates acceptance; without inspecting the furniture, you are accepting the shipment "as is" and will be fully responsible for any replacements (including freight) or repair costs if transit related. Most carrier damages are minor in nature and can be fixed by a professional furniture medic at no cost to you. If we cannot repair or replace the damaged part(s), we will have the carrier pick up the item(s) and have them returned to us for repair or replacement with no cost to you. You may also refuse the damaged item(s) only which will then be returned to us for repair or replacement at no cost to you. All returned products should be in the original packaging. If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement unit, the item can be returned under our standard return policy.

Most manufacturers defects are minor in nature and can be fixed by a professional furniture medic at no cost to you. If we cannot repair or replace the damaged part(s), we will have the carrier pick up the item(s) and have them returned to us for repair or replacement with no cost to you.
