At lfd-leatherfurniture.com Furniture, we ship your order utilizing the safest and most dependable furniture transit method possible via our outstanding home delivery partners.

White Glove "Gold" Service

White Glove "Gold" service is lfd-leatherfurniture.com premium delivery on all orders except accessory items like pillow and small ottomans. A home delivery specialist will contact you to schedule a time and date for delivery of your merchandise upon its arrival in your area. A two-man team will carefully unpack your merchandise and provide setup in the room of your choice. Once the set-up is complete, the delivery team will remove all packaging and debris.

White Glove "Gold" service does not include moving your existing furniture, wall decor, or rugs. Please make sure that the space in which you wish your new furniture to reside is cleared and ready for your new addition(s). 

Special Delivery Situations

If special delivery situations are present, we must be informed prior to shipment so that arrangements can be made. There may be additional time and charges involved. Special delivery situations include but are not limited to: 

  • Military facilities
  • Stair carries - greater than two flights of stairs
  • High rise - if no elevator is available or furniture doesn't fit on the elevator
  • Spiral or narrow staircases, or other special stair configurations
  • Remote or mountainous delivery, or property difficult to access
  • Island residence requiring access by ferry

Important Delivery Information - Customer's Responsibility

At lfd-leatherfurniture.com , we make every effort to ensure that your experience is an exceptional one. This includes partnerships with the very best Home Delivery providers available. While we don't anticipate problems with your delivery, accidents do occasionally happen. For this reason, it's important for you to understand your role in receiving your shipment.

  • Typical Transit Times - your furniture is being transported by furniture home delivery specialists. Handling furniture through a nation-wide transportation network requires a great deal of care and expertise. White Glove "Gold" shipments are typically delivered within 10-15 business days from the date they leave our facility.
  • Transit Delays - Lfd-leatherfurniture.com is not responsible for delays in transit times.
  • Delivery Appointment - delivery is by appointment only Monday thru Friday. The scheduling agent will notify you of the day(s) they are in your area, and will schedule an appointment within a four-hour window. Any additional charges due to delivery requests outside normal delivery hours/days will be at the customer's expense. If a scheduled delivery is canceled, refused, or no one is available to accept the delivery, a re-delivery fee will be charged. If you cannot be there to take delivery, please arrange to have a responsible person present so that the carrier may rely upon his or her signature as authorized to inspect and accept delivery. Please note the size and dimensions of the merchandise you have ordered and make sure everything will fit in the designated room as well as through all entrance passages by a comfortable margin. Lfd-leatherfurniture.com  cannot warrant that any particular item will fit into any particular area of your home; therefore, cancelations cannot be accepted on this basis. If delivery to the designated room involves limited maneuverability because of narrow halls, doorways or stairwells, etc., neither the carrier nor lfd-leatherfurniture.com can be responsible for any damage that could result in attempting placement. If setup in the designated area is not conveniently feasible, delivery will be made to an accessible area. Please clear the designated room and the path leading to it of any obstacles in advance of the delivery date.
  • Inspecting your shipment - you are required to inspect your shipment before the delivery associate completes the delivery. When signing for your delivery, any damages must be noted on all copies of the delivery receipt.
  • Signing for your delivery - Lfd-leatherfurniture.com requires a signature at time of delivery. If you make arrangements for someone else to accept your delivery, you still hold the same responsibilities as if you signed for the shipment. If you make arrangements for the carrier to leave the merchandise without a signature, you wave all rights and release lfd-leatherfurniture.com  from all responsibility regarding the shipment. Any exception to this voids lfd-leatherfurniture.com responsibility for the condition of the merchandise or other delivery issues.

Notification of damage or defect - Lfd-leatherfurniture.com must be notified of any damage or defect within 48 hours of delivery. (855-532-8347)
